Gut 66 - vegetable margarine for doughs

 

 

 

 

Gut 66 is a vegetable margarine, 66% fat content, with a wide range of applications in bakeries and pastry shops, for the production of bread specialties and sweet dough products. The industrial producers of biscuits and cookies also use it.

The use of Gut 66 in the recipe gives a better structure to the dough, bigger volume and higher capacity to hydrate the final product. Thanks to all these characteristics, the final product has a better commercial image, taste and quality.

 

 

Gut 66 is produced under a combined system ISO 9001:2008 plus HACCP.

Package:

- 20kg block, in plastic bag and carton box;
- 720 kg on the pallet.
