Gut 80 - vegetable margarine for doughs and creams 
Gut 80 is a vegetable soft margarine, 80% fat content, with applications in pastry shops and confectioneries (for creams) as well as in the production of biscuits, cookies, sticks. The use of Gut 80 brings: - good whipping capacity, so finally a high volume of the final product; - good consistency and stability of the whipped margarine; - even distribution of fat and water in the structure of the final product.
Gut 80 is produced under a combined system ISO 9001:2008 plus HACCP. Package: - 20kg block, in plastic bag and carton box; - 720 kg on the pallet Shelf life: - 6 months
